Typo list for QUADRATICS:
The following is the complete list which I have compiled as of this date, when I completed a graduate course from the book. Not only did I enlist the help of the graduate students, but also Richard Guy who sat in on virtually the entire year long course, so I am fairly confident that the vast majority of things have been caught. However, if you find anything not on the list, then please let me know. In any case, they will be corrected in the second printing.
