My research focuses on operator algebras, with an emphasis on analytic techniques for determining their structure, as well as the development of operator algebraic tools that have applications to other areas of mathematics and computation.

Current projects include investigations into:

• the structure of non self adjoint operator algebras;
• operator algebraic methods in the analysis of dynamical systems;
• numerical methods in C*-algebras, particularly in spectrum computations;
• Hilbert space methods in digital signal processing.
