A Partial Data Result for the Magnetic Schrodinger Inverse Problem

MS 427I will show that a magnetic Schrodinger operator can be determined from certain partial measurements of its Dirichlet-Neumann map. This is an improvement of an earlier result by Dos Santos Ferreira, Kenig, Sjostrand, and Uhlmann. The proof depends on establishing an improved Carleman estimate for the magnetic Schrodinger operator. I will explain the result and its context, and give a short sketch of the proof.
