This work is devoted to development of transport model for operational modeling Kr-85 radionuclide pollution in atmosphere. The model consists of two parts: diagnostic component for three-dimensional wind fields estimation and pollution transport component that computes advection and diffusion. In general, the distribution of Kr-85 radioactivity from a point source is calculated in view of influence of local terrian on transport of a radioactive cloud.

The model was developed to support ecological safety analysis in South-Russian Power Plant surrounding area.
