The student is notified via email and regular mail if accepted or not accepted.
If the student is accepted: (1)an offer letter is sent with a deadline to respond to gradapps@ucalgary.ca (2) Faculty of Graduate Studies (FGS) sends a final acceptance letter and acceptance form (3) student return acceptance form to FGS (4) Student contacts Department Graduate Studies office at gradapps@ucalgary.ca to arrange for orientation and to notify us when they are arriving
